Converting Informant Samples to Digital Format
  • Contact a TA for help in logging into the computer
  • Use PolderbitS to record your audio.
    • Connect your minirecorder, cassette player, etc. to the red port of the sound card. Recording quality should be Telephone, Stereo
    • Save your audio file as an MP3 file.
    • Files are saved in "Student Audio"

Awave Screen

  • Use Awave (SonicFoundry, etc.) to increase/decrease the volume of your audio file.
    • Load your file then CTRL+P
    • Files are saved in "Student Audio"
