Recording with Sanako:

• Double click on the Sanako icon to run Sanako
• Click on FILE
• 
• Choose NEW (if it is clickable)
• Otherwise choose CANCEL
• Clicking on the RED button starts recording
• Clicking on the BLUE button stops recording

Saving files recorded with Sanako:

• Click on FILE
• Choose SAVE AS ...
• Choose COMPRESSED AUDIO (MP3) as the file format
• 
• Browse to the correct folder as per your professor's instructions
• Enter "YourLastNameAndFirstInitial-1.mp3" as the file name, or the filename suggested by your professor
• Click on SAVE
