  • Historical Thinking Project To think historically, students need to be able to:
    • Establish historical significance
    • Use primary source evidence
    • Identify continuity and change
    • Analyze cause and consequence
    • Take historical perspectives, and
    • Understand the ethical dimension of historical interpretations. The Historical Thinking Project website has lots of useful information and resources. It is focused on Canadian history, but much of it can be adapted to a US History course.
