Suggestions to Help your department/unit campaign

1. Show your support for the campaign by making your contribution at the start of the campaign
2. Send a letter or remail to ALL employees in your unit, urging them to support the SECC. Be sure to mention the role that you will play (i.e. items 3-6 below) and mention the premiums (parking ticket, football tickets, etc.)
3. Personally deliver the pre-printed forms to each of the employees in your unit or department.
4. Provide a blank form for new employees.
5. Send a reminder email to employee's midway through the campaign.
6. Collect the forms from each employee, whether they decide to contribute or not.
7. Educate employees about SECC.
8. Have a group meeting
9. Invite a charity representative to speak at your departmental meeting
10. Offer departmental incentives (reduced teaching load, $1000 copy card, pay raise, etc.)
