Logistics

• Distribute the pre-printed form (or blank form) to each member in the department/unit/division
• Set collection procedures and date deadlines for each week for your department/unit/division
• Collect the contributions, generate the NC State Employees Combined Campaign Report Form, and turn them into me according to the above schedule
• I will compile the reports and drop off all donations to #104 Patterson Hall on Wednesdays, 10:30 - 2:30 PM
