Question: How can I ftp my work/web files to and from home or the office?
Answer:  To ftp your work files, including your web page:
  1. Click here to download a nice, freeware ftp program
  2. Install the program
  3. FTP to your ftp site, using   ftp.ncsu.edu  as the host, and your UNITY username and password
  4. Your web files are found in your WWW directory
