Scott Despain received his PhD at Indiana University. He is an Associate Professor of Spanish in the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures at NC State University, and currently serves as Associate Department Head in that department. His teaching interests include beginning and intermediate Spanish language, Spanish Phonetics, and Graduate methodology and technology courses. His scholarly interests include second language acquisition, Spanish phonology, technology-assisted language instruction and teacher training. |
