Paris-Normandy-Lille Summer Program 2010
This long-running program includes an eight-day study tour in Paris and Normandy where
we will see many of the highlights of Paris, visit some of the cultural treasures of France
such as Giverny, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Mont-St-Michel, the Bayeux Tapestry, Omaha Beach,
and Honfleur, and then enjoy a one month stay in the cosmopolitan city of Lille where
students will earn six credits, go on exciting field trips, and be immersed in French
daily life. You will see and learn more about France in five weeks than most people do in a lifetime.
I have been at NC State for twenty years, lived and traveled in France numerous times,
the faculty and administration in Lille are top notch, and the students who have gone on
this program in the past have been extremely satisfied with the experience.
For further information about the program, see the study abroad web site: and program flyer. And, here is my web site so you can get to know a bit about me.
