Certification for NC State University students:

NC State University students must complete the online self-guided web tutorial at NC State University. Non-NC State students may also complete it. Instructions:

1. Click here.

2. You will see a window requesting you to login. Look to your left.

3. Under the label Affiliation Status there is a drop down menu box. Click on the down arrow to open options.

4. If you are an NC State student or faculty member, enter your Unity ID and password, then press the Continue Login button.

5. If you are not an NC State affiliate, change the entry in the drop-down menu from NC State University to Guest Access, then press the Continue Login button

6. Select On-line Tutorial System.

7. Under Compliance, select Conflict of Interest button.
